The Beginning of a Healer's Journey
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in Allopathic science, I was naturally immersed in an environment that nurtured me with medicine.
Frequent visits to my father’s clinic during childhood left a lasting impression; patients would often smile and refer to me as a “Future Doctor”
Inspired by these experiences, I dedicated myself to studying hard, aiming to secure admission into an MBBS program. However, life had a different plan for me.
In 1994, I was fortunate to gain admission to Gujarat Homeopathic Medical College in Savli, where I completed my Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (DHMS).
During my academic journey, I was very excited by this new science and passionate about sharing a success story from my professor with my dad.
Day by day, homeopathy not only became my educational course but also gave me inspiration to practice and serve humanity.
A Turn Towards Homeopathy
During my Internship at a homeopathy clinic, I observed certain remarkable changes in patients who were diagnosed as incurable by modern science. Seeing such changes in patients made me very curious. How could this gentle and non-invasive medicine help so much?For me, it was both surprising and inspiring to witness such fantastic treatment.
That inspiration led me to seek mentorship. I began training under Dr. Bhaskar Bhatt, and I traveled to Kolkata to learn from Dr. L.M. Khan. These two mentors helped shape my understanding of classical homeopathy.
I also took on honorary physician roles at several trust-run clinics, which gave me hands-on experience with a wide range of health conditions.
In 1995, it was a great year for me. I began, with full excitement and commitment, my homeopathic practice under the name of ACUTE HOMOEO CLINIC – a center rooted in holistic healing and classical homeopathic principles
Multiple Hats, One Purpose
In 1995, I also started as a part-time lecturer at Ahmedabad Homoeopathic Medical College
In the year 2000, a terrible accident took away my entire family. I was shattered. Overnight, I had to take charge of our family’s allopathic medical setup. The pressure was immense. Everyone expected me to carry on the allopathic legacy, but something inside me said, “No. I will only practice homeopathy”
I shut down the allopathic practice and stood firm in my decision, even when it was the harder path. I continued my clinic in Kalol on weekends while managing my responsibilities as a mother, wife, daughter-in-law, and physician. I balanced everything – family, grief, motherhood, and my passion for healing.
Despite the odds, my inner calling kept pushing me forward. In 2002, I decided to pursue my MD in Homeopathy, specializing in Mental Disorders from Rajasthan University. But this was no easy feat – I was now a mother of two, with one of them still an infant. I would wake up at 5:00 AM to complete my course and study before my children woke up. Balancing everything took enormous strength, but my passion for healing gave me the fuel I needed.
By 2008, I was working Full-time as a Professor and HOD, training the next generation of homeopaths. Around this time, Acute Homeo Clinic also completed 13 years and had success stories in chronic cases where modern science had fewer results, such as Duchenne Becker Syndrome, Psoriasis, Asthma, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Uterine Fibroids, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, Hormonal Imbalance, etc.
Global Learning: A Life-Changing Experience
My passion to serve more patients suffering from different conditions inspired me to study under Dr. George Vithoulkas, a living legend in classical homeopathy. His philosophy aligned perfectly with mine: TREAT THE ROOT CAUSE, AND THE PATIENT WILL BE CURED.
In 2016, I joined the online course, which lasted two years, where the modules opened step by step for us to study. That course helped me understand homeopathic practice more deeply, and the journey of ACUTE HOMOEO CLINIC was admired for its evidence-based treatment.
SONA PE SUHAGA – I got the opportunity in 2018 to meet the legend Dr. George Vithoulkas at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Alonissos, Greece. It was a certified course of 10 days under the title of “Difficult Cases with In-depth Analysis.“
We are Jains, and during the course, our Paryushan was going on, but we prepared the food for both times and walked to the academy. Being the wife of a Gujarati businessman, I asked Sir, “Why don’t you settle in Athens [where transportation is easier]?” He answered very nicely, “Those who are eager and dedicated to learn classical homeopathy will definitely come to meet me.” That course changed my perspective forever.
The PCOD/PCOS Mission
I became more confident in my science and started to cure more and more difficult cases like Adenomyosis, Bipolar Disorder, Spine Degeneration, GERD, Ovarian Cysts, Depression, Anxiety, Alopecia Areata, etc.
In 2019, Ph.D. course has stared for homeopathy. Being very passionate about education and wanting to serve more patients, I grabbed the opportunity to start the course. I was initially confused about the research course, but then one of my patients, suffering from hair thinning and alopecia areata with regular periods, gave me a clue.
After a thorough case-taking, I asked her to test for prolactin levels, which is a key factor disrupting hormones and causing hair baldness in young girls. After treating the root cause, she was perfectly cured and happy. This inspired me to select my research topic: “A Single Blind Randomized Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Homeopathic Medicine in PCOD”
In my research study, we observed that young girls are increasingly suffering from PCOD/PCOS. Their stories were heartbreaking—irregular periods, mood swings, weight gain, fertility issues, hair fall, and deep emotional frustration due to failed treatments from conventional medicine.
After years of dedication, I proudly earned my Ph.D. in PCOD from Ahmedabad Homeopathic Medical College, Parul University. My research was not just academic—it was a deep, heartfelt commitment to understanding how personalized homeopathic treatments can restore hormonal balance and bring lasting change.
This became my life’s mission, and today, at Acute Homeo Clinic, we’ve successfully helped over 200+ women reclaim their health by reversing hormonal imbalances, transforming their lives in ways they never thought possible.
Today & Beyond
I had the honor of presenting my research at the prestigious Dubai AYUSH Conference, where I was personally invited to share my findings—an unforgettable and proud moment in my career.
Now, with over 29 years of experience and having treated more than 10,000 patients, My mission is clear: to bring hope, healing, and holistic care to women not only in India but across the world, empowering them to overcome hormonal disorders like PCOD/PCOS and reclaim their lives.
